We'll come to your house, take actual measurements (not just trust the previous listings), talk with you about improvements made to the house and/or property, and pull comparable recent sales in the area - as well as current active listings. Once we have all that information, we'll provide you with a reasonable list price that we think will both maximize your return and minimize the amount of time your property spends on the market
Without doing the proper work to truly identify not just what your property is worth, but more importantly what a likely buyer will pay for it, you run a much greater risk of either leaving money on the table, or (equally as bad) over-pricing your property and allowing it to sit on the market for too long. This not only costs you time and energy (showings, open houses, etc) but also money that could be in your pocket or reinvested in another home!
We typically charge between $350 and $500 per CMA; however, that amount is refunded to you if you decide to list your property with Jasperson Realty
